Product availability, freight, unloading and local field work should be confirmed for the project address.

What can be reviewed remotely

Opening dimensions, photographs, door type, glass or screen preferences, swing and hardware conflicts can be reviewed without claiming a local showroom or installer. A strong photo package is especially important when the wall uses stone, brick, metal cladding or unusual trim.

Freight and unloading

Ask whether the quoted delivery is parcel, common carrier or another method; whether appointment or liftgate service is included; and where the shipment will be placed. Door size, weight, destination and access conditions affect the final method and price.

Local installation

Installer availability varies and is not implied by a nationwide quote request. Before ordering, identify who will verify the opening, prepare the mounting surface, receive the product and perform the installation. Specialty iron, paired and arched systems may need different experience than a light screen door.

Do not travel to a location based on a search listing or assume that a local address displays every configuration. Ask which samples, finishes or operating systems can be viewed and whether an appointment is required.
